Sustainable Farming Operations

Since his early days, Hugh Green (Founder of the Hugh Green Group) carried a lifelong passion for cattle dealing and farming that remained steadfast throughout his entire life. This passion resulted in the Group’s acquisition of substantial farmland starting as far back as the 1970’s.

Maintaining a strong rural focus, today the Hugh Green Group continues to own and manage large-scale farming operations on large tracts of farmland in the greater Auckland and Waikato regions.  These operations are primarily centred on beef and sheep farming, also serving as the backdrop for ancillary operations, including livestock auctions and quarrying. This holistic approach underscores our commitment to diversified, sustainable practices.
